1WHAT ARE YOUR OPENING HOURS?
The Perfect Match showroom is open by appointment only for fittings and tastings from Tuesday to Friday from 09:00 – 16:00 and on Saturdays from 09:00 – 14:00.
1WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
Fittings and Tastings We accept EFT payment prior to your fitting and/or tasting but please be sure to e-mail a copy of your proof of payment to jana@theperfectmatch.co.za before your appointment.

Alternatively, you are welcome to make use of our in store card machine.

Bridal Attire and Confectionery All orders are secured with a 60% EFT deposit and the balance of your order is required upon collection or delivery.

Wedding Attire FAQ's

1DO I HAVE TO MAKE A BOOKING TO TRY ON A DRESS?
We work strictly by appointment only but you are more than welcome to contact us to make an appointment to view our dresses, robes or accessories.
1HOW DOES PAYMENT WORK?
When ordering your dress, a 60% EFT deposit is required to secure your dress. Every dress is made to order and takes approximately 3 months. This leaves sufficient time for any required/requested alterations.

Upon collection of your dress, the remaining 40% payment is required.
1CAN I RENT A DRESS?
Unfortunately, our dresses are so precious and delicate that we do not rent them out.

Wedding Confectionery FAQ's


1WHAT IS THE PROCESS TO ORDER A WEDDING CAKE?
We prefer that you and your fiancé or guest come in for a tasting as this gives us a chance to meet you and really get a sense of your wedding, style and preferences.

During the tasting we will discuss flavour combinations, design and order details. Please bring any photo’s or bridal inspiration to the tasting as this will give us a sense of what you are looking for and details that we can incorporate into your unique design.

After the tasting, we will provide you with a few design options within 5 working days. You can also request changes to the design should you wish to do so but no changes will be allowed 14 days prior to the delivery date.

Once you have decided on a design option, we will send you a final quotation.

We require a 50% EFT deposit upon acceptance of the quotation.
1HOW LONG IN ADVANCE DO I NEED TO ORDER MY CAKE?
We require a minimum of 30 days lead time prior to your delivery date to ensure that your order receive the attention to detail it deserves.
1DO YOU OFFER DELIVERY?
Yes, we offer delivery in the Cape Town-, Winelands-, Overberg- and West Coast area.

Delivery fees are charged separately.

Should you decide to cancel your order, your deposit will be refunded as follows:

  • Cancellation received before 30 calendar days of the event date – Full refund.
  • Cancellation received between 30 and 15 calendar days of the event date – 50% of your deposit refundable.
  • Cancellation received with less than 14 days to the event – no refund.
